I first went to Dr. Lau for relief of my constant headaches from cervical problems. I have not had a headache of any severity since my first treatment. I continue to go as we are working on my energy, which has greatly improved. Dr. Lau is kind and knowledgeable and his staff is very personable. I would highly recommend trying this modality as it may surprise you.

I first went to Dr Lau in Nov of 23 for back pain in 2 months pain was gone I tried physical therapy 1st but no relief. Then in July 24 I had lower back pain with pain running down on left leg 2 treatment and leg pain was gone 5 weeks of treatment in lower back and pain is gone yea.the pain in my lower back hurt every time I sat up from sitting or laying down.Totally believe in Kings acupuncture and Dr Lau he is always smiling and professional. Now for Wendy the lady at front desk she makes things so pleasant and helpful with insurance. My right ankle was swollen and heel was hurting a lot after jogging three weeks ago. I was not able to bear too much weights on it while walking and standing. I can only take ibuprofens and rest after long hours of work each day. Finally, I went to see Dr. Lau one week ago. After two acupuncture treatments, the swollen has gone and I no longer have any pain and are able to walk and do my regular walkouts. Very effective treatments and care. Strongly recommend！

Dr Lau and his staff, especially Wende are some of the most compassionate people I have come across in the medical profession. I suffered with debilitating and at times, suicidal crps nerve pain and multi location migraines and severe sensory sensitivities among a host of other symptoms. Dr Lau worked tirelessly at trying to help me. He and Wende went to great lengths to try and accommodate my sensory sensitivities while in his office, which was a rarity in my 2.5 yrs of seeking treatment. My case was severe and chronic. It took a while but, along with a multi pronged aggressive approach I am now on the other side of the latest multiple month flare and migraines have decreased. I have an injury needing physical correction, yet Dr Lau was able to be one of the important tools for helping to manage the symptoms until I could get the final diagnosis and soon correction. This is so important, Dr Lau takes time with his patients. He cares, He listened, he held my hand through the hardest parts and he kept at it. I started going to Dr. Lau when i couldnt use traditional treatments for my migraine headaches. I had a consult at another acupuncture office and was turned off but decided to give it another try. I am so glad I did! He not only was able to help with my headaches but also my anxiety and gastroperisis. I was unable to take the herbal supplements he wanted me to take because of my stomach issues but that didnt prevent the treatments from helping. I have been going to him for a while now and go for monthly sessions to keep me balanced which also helps with my winter anxiety. I would recommend him to anyone.

I first visited Dr. Lau because my blood pressure was too high and I did not want to start a regimen of prescription drugs. Dr. Lau’s Acupuncture treatments to lower my blood pressure began to work and prove effective after only a few treatments. Now I continue to have a “maintenance” session once a month. Not only has my blood pressure remained in the normal range but I also find the treatments relaxing as well. Dr. Lau is a compassionate, experienced and knowledgeable healer and I am convinced that his acupuncture is a valuable alternative to address and treat health issues. His office is efficiently run with a staff of friendly and helpful assistants.

I have been seeing Dr. Lau at Kings Acupuncture regularly over the past couple months and I have had a great experience that I would like to share with others!I initially came looking for a holistic treatment for heart palpitations that had no specific cause per the other medical doctors I have seen. This was my first time trying acupuncture.The clinic itself has a relaxing atmosphere. Amy, the medical assistant, is very friendly, helpful and welcoming at the front desk every time I come in. Dr. Lau is kind, caring, and super knowledgable. He will take the time with you to answer questions and make you feel comfortable, which can be rare in the medical field these days. He does not just treat the symptoms you present with. He does a whole head-to-toe assessment to find out where your body may be out of balance, using acupuncture and herbs (if needed) to restore your health.The treatment itself is very calming for me. You get to relax in a dimly lit room with soft classical music for ~20 minutes or so. There are heat lamps for you to use if, like me, you tend to get cold. I will actually fall asleep half of the time during my session!I have seen a significant improvements since coming for acupuncture. My palpitations have decreased substantially, most days I have few to none, which is amazing considering just months ago they were occurring every single day, all throughout the day. Acupuncture has also had profoundly positive benefits for my mental health. I laugh a lot more, stress a lot less, I feel less overwhelm at the little things that add up. I am grateful to Dr. Lau and his staff for this service provided and I feel lucky to have found acupuncture as one of my tools for healing!

Chicken before egg or egg before chicken scenario. I suffer from Low back and digestive issues.I chose to try something different.Four acupuncture treatments with Dr Lau. and I have relief in both areas.Dr Lau took time to listen and answer each of my questions. I appreciated his knowledge and awareness to each issue I presented. There was no rush. His energy is calming. And it certainly did not feel routine.After week 1 (2 sessions) I had some relief. But after my 4th session, I literally felt a release. Unexplainable. I came to Dr. Lau as a last stitch effort. I have suffered from chronic every day migraines for over a year. I have been on multiple medications have had nerve blocks and botox injections as well as IV medications .I had to drop out of nursing school because it became too debilitating. As I made an appointment at Cleveland Clinic to join a 3 week migraine program, I decided to give acupuncture a try. It has worked wonders for me as I am down to about 1 headache a week!! I have more energy and I feel so much happier being pain free! I havent had any medical interventions for 4 weeks now which is a plus for me! Dr. Lau and his staff are very kind and helpful and I would recommend anyone dealing with debilitating migraines to give it a try!

I have had chronic back pain and arthritis for 30+ years. Several years ago I underwent spinal fusion surgery (screws and rods) for my back. Surgery was successful but pain and debilitation began to return. This year (20170 I could no longer stand the pain. Doctors suggested additional fusion which I preferred not to do. As an alternative, I decided to try acupuncture although I was skeptical. I went to Dr. Lau and after a few treatments, there was noticeable improvement. Pain has been minimized and range of motion/mobility has returned. I am able to walk pain free, play golf and have few restrictions. I thank Dr. Lau for returning my quality of life to an acceptable level. Although there are no guarantees in any medical procedure, I would recommend Dr. Lau and acupuncture to anyone seeking an alternative to surgical, drug based pain relief.
